Welcome to our Vermont Cape located in the beautiful North East Kingdom!
A four season vacation getaway. Snowmobile from house, minutes from Island Pond the Snowmobile Capitol of Vermont. Gas and food less than 1/4 mile away. Boat or Fish in Seymour Lake, boat ramp and beach less than 1/4 mile. Just relax on the 11 private acres.
30 Minutes to Jay Peak or Burke ski mountains. Golf, rec. center, restaurants, biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, movies, bowling, antiquing, mini-golf, go-carts, horseback riding, hunting, atv riding all nearby.
House sleeps 9 comfortably. Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have queens with a Select Comfort mattress and a pillow top mattress. One bedroom has a full and twin bed. The other bedroom has two twins. Linens, towels and beach towels are available (must be washed and return to the closet prior to departure).
Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, indoor cooking grill, etc. Outside charcoal grill. Washer and dryer.
There is a fireplace and woodstove to keep warm. Foosball, air hockey and mini pool table in basement. The basement also has shelving and a place to put all the snowmobile apparel. Enjoy the large yard with lake views, woods, stream and a place to have outdoor fires.

April-May, Nov-Dec 20 $700/week $150/night
June -October $1,200/week $200/night
*July and August weekly rentals only
Dec 20 - March 31 $1,200/week $200/night *3 night min.
Christmas/New Year's/ Presidents Weekend $2,000/week $300/.night *5 night min.
$250 Security Deposit Required. Prices do not include 9% Vermont State Lodging Tax.
